Dear Parents:

My name is Scott LeMaster and I am your new principal at G. Weaver Hipps Elementary. I am very excited to have this opportunity to work with you and your children in this wonderful school. Opening a new school will provide students and staff with many unique and fun opportunities.

Academically, we will be placing a major emphasis on Reading, Writing, Science and Math. As a staff we are committed to work toward helping our students develop a love for learning and to reach their highest potential.

Parent involvement is extremely important to each child’s personal success and to our school’s success. We hope that you will be an active part of our school, that you will be able to attend many of our school activities, and help us as a volunteer from time to time.
